Q: Are you insured?
A: Optimum Painters has $1 million in Liability Insurance and full Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
Q: Do you give a guarantee?
A: For each exterior job that Optimum Painters completes, we give a two year guarantee on paint peeling. If you have a problem with peeling or need a minor repair (such as a shutter or downspout coming loose) just give us a call and we will set up a time to promptly take care of the problem.
Q: Do you play loud radios?
A: No radios.
Q: What hours do you work?
A: We start at 7:00 am and usually work until 6:00 pm.
Q: What paint do you like to use?
A: We use Benjamin Moore Paints. Upon request, we can use a different paint product as long as it is comparable in quality.
Q: What do we need to do before you start?
A: Please keep all windows shut during the washing and sanding stages. Also it is helpful if we can use one side of your garage to store materials and set up a work shop.
Q: What if my house is too wet to paint?
A: We have moisture meters that can determine the water content in the wood.
